Main Duties of the Role:
The following are the key duties and responsibilities that will be expected of you within the Firm:
- Invoice processing for the clients, filing documents and maintaining records for bookkeeping;
- Preparing payments and other relevant forms;
- Recording revenue and receipts and following up with clients for payment;
- Preparing monthly tax returns;
- Assistance in the preparation of annual tax returns;
- Assistance in the monthly and annual accounting book reconciliation;
- Preparing internal reports in a timely manner;
- Coordinating with external audits;
- Maintain general office files, venfor files and other related files on the firm’s operations
- Assistance in the compliance based on local statutory policies; and
- Other tasks assigned from time to time.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Accounting, Finance or Business Administration bachelor degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator and assistant or relevant role with minimum 3-4 years of experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Qualifications in secretarial studies and knowledge in law will be an advantage
- Has excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail
- Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and to operate in a multi-cultural environment;
