Plan & coordinate demand generation activities in order to create inbound activities or customer inquiries
- Research, analyze & determine ideal customer profile for related product or services
- Set-up tactic to trigger demand generation from the targeted market
- Work together with other team within organization that might support the demand generation activities such as digital marketing team, community team, etc.
- Coordinate & conduct demand generation activities such as linkedin campaign, in house webinar events, partnership events, etc.
- Monitor, analyze & improve the performance from the demand generation activities.
- Lead, coordinate & ensure the creation of targeted prospective customer list based on ideal customer profile
- Coordinate & conduct outbound activities such as email marketing, social media DM (linkedin, twitter, instagram, etc.), lumpy mail campaign, tele sales activities, etc.
- Monitor, analyze & improve the performance from the outbound activities
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospective clients
- Conduct diagnostic meeting to find root cause of customer problem
- Recommend the most suitable solution for the customer
- Generate proposal & offering for the customer
- Present the solution to the customer
- Close the deal & conduct negotiation with customer if needed
- Cascading sales goals from the Head of Division to the business development team
- Managing daily activities of business development team to achieve their goals and team goal
- Managing the CRM database maintenance with the team; Ensure the discipline of the business development team to input the database of prospective customers into the CRM system
- Managing sales contract administration with the team, including liaise with the legal team for new contract creation
- Work together with other team (cross function) to optimize any business opportunities within organization
- Open to any degree with experience in business development, sales or relevant field
- Candidate with degree from business, management or sales are preferable
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role with 5+ years experiences
- Proven sales track record
