- Responsible for the project delivery
- Make sure every phase of SDLC is completed
- Monitor and control project to always keep on track
- Make sure the communication is always clear, effective, include the task, schedule and deadline which has to be working on by team
- Mitigation problems and crisis in project, mapping potential problems that have opportunities and jointly design solutions to deal with them.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
