This position is responsible for the execution of digital marketing and loyalty actions to reach KPIs and sustainable growth for Accor’s loyalty programmes and web direct performance. The primary responsibility of the role is to drive inbound business to Indonesia & Malaysia hotels through Accor web and loyalty platforms, including all.accor.com, brand.com and loyalty programme web channels. As well as drive member recruitment, activation and engagement for Indonesia & Malaysia market / POS.

- Coordinate initiatives and projects or other duties as required by Marketing & Loyalty team
- Bachelor Degree from Hospitality Management, Business, Digital, Loyalty, Marketing, CRM
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with website content management systems
- Proficient in the use of reporting / ad-hoc analysis tools
- Understanding of customer data governance: quality / compliance standards and management
- Digital, direct marketing experience, CRM and programme management
- Effective in managing third party providers and suppliers
- Positive attitude and eager to learn with a can-do attitude
- Ability to set and manage priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills and is curious of all things new
- Ability to articulate ideas and customize to the audience
- Superior analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities
- Project management skills and the ability to juggle long /short-term deadlines
- Ability to create effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Passion for travel/hotel industry
- Self-motivated and energetic
