Job Description
As our Sr. Marketing Executive, you will be responsible to:
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for food festivals, including email marketing, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels
- Assist in planning and executing PR strategies to maximize media coverage for our events
- Work with the creative team to develop compelling event messaging, graphics, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the event operations team to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, events, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the events or hospitality industry
- Experience executing successful B2C marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, operations, and sales
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
