Job Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist for Processing Equipment who support to define and implement the global maintenance standards and recommendations for Processing equipment globally to effectively contribute to system performance and customer competitive total operational cost.
This is individual contributor role base in Jakarta, Indonesia and reporting to the Maintenance Execution Manager APAC based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
What you will do
As our Maintenance Specialist you will;
- Deployment of the global standards, methodologies, IT tools and recommendations for Processing maintenance management
- Create maintenance recommendation for Processing equipment
- Continuous improvement of maintenance recommendations
- Maintenance recommendations for Services Solutions in both phase creation and execution
- System support for delivery of maintenance services
- Support competence development related maintenance management for Service Engineers and relevant stakeholders in markets
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial management
- At least 3 years' experience in maintenance management/activities
- Experience on liquid-food processing equipment will be an advantage
- Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts
- Good analytical skill, systematic & structured thinking
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Have improvement mindset.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Indonesian and English
