- Develop and implement facilities and services plan for the mining area, taking into account current and future needs
- Oversee the design and construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Work closely with a range of stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors, to build strong relationships and ensure projects are delivered in a way that meets the needs of all parties
- Prepare reports and presentations on the progress of projects, and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders
- Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure they are able to deliver their best work
- Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and that the highest standards of ethics and transparency are upheld at all times
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with experience managing infrastructure & facilities projects such as airports, Roads, Drainage, and Housings
- Knowledgeable on subcontract management, including project controls, configuration management, risk management, schedule and cost control
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
