About the Role

A career within Finance Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to optimize the structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business. We support our clients by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities and support to the business through insight and challenge.

Our focus areas are Finance Vision & Strategy, Finance Transformation and Enterprise Performance Management.

Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver client engagements and collaborate with senior management, their teams and our internal cross line of service teams to design strategies and target operating models and to deliver large-scale transformation projects, which helps to address our clients’ evolving needs in their business divisions and supporting functions along the dimensions of visioning, insight, efficiency and effectiveness, and control.

Identify initiatives to help clients to transform / improve their organization and operations in areas such as Client Onboarding, Payments and Settlement, Products and Services, Client Life Cycle Management, Advisory Models, Risk and Compliance processes & controls, Consolidation initiatives, Management Reporting, Restructuring.

Advise our clients’ senior management on how to accelerate change and to design thought leadership based on market analysis, market trends and customer needs and by identifying market opportunities for our clients, outlining what financial services firms have to change to achieve their goals.

Develop deep relationships with key leaders management executives from clients and support our leaders to bring the range of Digital Transformation, Growth strategies, Productivity and other competency offerings to the client.

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor in Accounting/Finance related discipline from a reputable University, with strong skills and experience in finance and treasury processes.

Min. 7 years of relevant experience, including Consulting (Finance) background with demonstrated skills in managing projects and communicating effectively with clients and teams; or otherwise with industry experience in the finance function in a business partner role.

Experience in preparing financial modeling from income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.

Able to think independently, and to systematically solve any problems.

Experience with working on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management, or Treasury platforms / technologies.

Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of senior executive level engagement.

Preferably have a CPA or CMA, or have passed CFA level 1 and level 2.
