A leading multinational health & Beauty retailer is looking for Head of Marketing to plan, direct, and coordinate marketing initiatives and programs, including posters, events, member cards, or giveaways, to create interest in the purchase of the products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the Marketing Operations business unit including, but not limited to, digital marketing implementations, advertising communication strategy, marketing initiatives, customer relationship management, and creative marketing design.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate marketing and promotion efforts to boost brand awareness
- Monitor design branding, positioning and pricing strategies based on Group’ standards
- Review and analyze marketing costs in order to ensure the business unit is operating at peak performance.
- Integrating Offline and Online platforms to enable a seamless customer experience
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- Min. 10+ years experience in retail marketing, exposure in CRM is an advantage with knowledge of current and future retail business transformation needs
- Strong client orientation including service attitude/approach, listening, and understanding.
- Have technical skills for showing and promoting products. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Creative problem solver, with the ability to cultivate the best ideas from both the team and executives.
- Have ability to motivate, coach and develop people
- Having both offline and online platform know-how, including CRM Software/Application and Web Analytics
