Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance of all production equipment, supply utilities and all automation systems
- Coordinating the cement stock receiving with ship Master, shipping agent, Jurong Port and sub-contractor to ensure smooth operations.
- Responsible for day to day delivery dispatch to fulfill customer expectation
- Responsible for Plant Services operations and fulfillment of all quality systems and policies
- Manage shift stand by service and emergency response to day to day operations.
- Responsible for preparation and updating the department budget and fulfillment of the budget targets
- Responsible to ensure the fulfillment of all legal and EHS requirements
- Ensure the continuous improvement of all processes and workflows to yield stable, lean and efficient operations and business processes as well as a efficient and lean organization
- Bachelor degree / Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Preferably with mechanical background
- Working experience in cement/ building materials industry
- Technical knowledge and experience in plant maintenance and facilities management
- Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
