Job Description

The Role Responsibilities
  • Drive brancassurance sales in the branch to meet the budget and annualized premium equivalent (APE) given
  • Increase RM knowledge and sales ability to increase active RM in bancassurance sales
  • Develop idea until execution to increase branch bancassurance sales revenue
  • Increase customer penetration
  • Meet the governance guideline in sales which reflected in no audit fail and no sales call back error
  • Working together with branches to meet assigned task.
Strategy
  • Drive a customer centric approach for all activities within WM such as delivering client solutions that meet their needs and making it easier for the frontline and RMs to conduct business and create a culture where WM teams across ASA are empowered and accountable for delivery. Growth and Maintain the AUM In WM Bancassurance
Business
  • Deliver Wealth Management Indonesia performance and KPI
Processes
  • Drive portfolio growth through existing to bank (ETB) and New to Wealth ( NTW),Based on client profile, need, map client potential and Build Client Portfolio.
Risk Management
  • Read, understand and comply with all provisions of the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effective reject management for suspicious transaction
  • Report any suspicious transaction immediately to the supervising officer of Fraud Control
  • Ensure strict compliance and responsible for achieving and maintaining satisfactory audit rating
  • Ensure Right sales process' to ensure Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) is implementing consistently to avoid mis-selling case
Regulatory and Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
