- Communicating with all departments regarding procurement request
- Monitoring all procurement process till the goods are received
- Source the potential supplier/vendors, and negotiate price with the vendor to get the best price
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors and evaluate vendor performance
- Collaborating with Finance & Vendors regarding payment process
- Improving the procurement process & performance
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Min. 3 years of experience as Procurement Specialist/Supervisor
- Strong strategic sourcing & contract management skills
- Good communication & negotiation skills
