The Role :
- Migrating complex, multi-tier applications on Cloud Platforms
- Designing and deploying enterprise-wide scalable operations on Cloud Platforms
- Implementing cost-control strategies
- Migrating on-premises workload to service providers
- Providing managed support to customers
- Serving as a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges for customers
- Administering Openshift clusters which includes tasks such as provisioning/de-provisioning of resources, patching and incident management
- Managing Google Cloud Platform resources
- Willing and able to be on 24×7 support (non shift), weekly rotational basis
- Min. Bachelor's or Diploma in a relevant course
- Strong communication skills with ability to consult clients & colleagues
- Google Cloud Platform, or Red Hat OpenShift qualifications is preferred
- Relevant experience as a systems administrator in a systems operations role
- Experience in monitoring and auditing systems
- Knowledge of networking concepts
- Basic knowledge on DevOps
- Hands-on experience with Linux environment, and experience in troubleshooting and configuring servers will be advantageous
