- Lead and coordination with all consultant involved in the project during schematic phases, design development and construction document to ensure production of contract documents are aligned with design intent.
- Ensure that construction documents accurately interpret the intended design
- Full coordination between team's projects (civil, MEP, and finishing contractor) and coordination with consultant for RFI from contractor/vendor
- Resolution of complex technical and design issues as they arise during schematic design, design development, and construction phase due to existing conditions on site in condition still opening and with tenant undisturbed
- Ensure that project are delivered on-time, achieve best quality within scope and budget during construction
- Develop a detailed project plan by staging, coordinate with Marketing and operation team and monthly review progress to ensure on track
- Day to day monitoring the work to ensuring teams meet all scope requirements by completing jobs properly according to their contract of agreement
- Prepare weekly/monthly report during preconstruction until hand over to top management
- Lead weekly meeting of contractors and prepare minutes meeting to all stake holders
- Monitoring & approved progress claim report of consultant and contractors submitted by QS and anticipated any VO/VE
- Ensure every stage of testing and commissioning passed the regulation and all equipment working properly
- Prepare hand over document and Final account for top management approval
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent
- Understand and have experience in process engineering from design to construction
- Must have experience in High rise building/ commercial projects
- Proficiency in operating MS Office (excel, word, presentation) and Project Controls software
- Fluent in English converse and writing"
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Have good working relationship with Design Consultant, architect and construction contractors
