What will you do
- Facilitates the consistent application of global business unit strategies and tactics in planning and execution
- Develop and maintain market awareness and understanding of operations and logistics
- Conduct regular pipeline and account planning reviews to provide ongoing feedback and developmental guidance
- Optimize general interest and cross-functional returns
- Ensure consistency of opex plans with broader GBU boundaries
- Coach the Sales Representatives in their support of the Professional Sales Process and related processes
- Develop team members to optimize Channel Partners (e.g. Distribution, Retail, Repair Shop, OEM, etc.) capabilities
- Manage organization consistent with Corporate Supervisory Effectiveness Framework
