- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction operations, including HSE compliance, project management, site execution, fabrication/manufacturing, subcontracting management, and contractual obligations
- Identify and manage the necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, throughout the entire project, while adhering to budget constraints
- Develop and create construction schedules and milestones, and track progress against established schedules
- Work closely with engineers, construction, QA/QC, HSE, procurement teams, and others to determine project requirements
- Manage project administration, including cost and schedule control, change order management, and preparation of regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Establish and maintain communication with clients and other companies to coordinate technical and commercial aspects as defined in the contract
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Project Management, preferably in the oil & gas industry
- Have an excellent understanding of EPC business process and risk management
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
