A rapidly expanding FMCG retailer is looking for a talented candidate for a newly created Production Manager (UHT) job in Bandung, Indonesia. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all production-related functions.
About the Production Manager (UHT) Role:
Reporting to the Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all production-related activities and ensuring goals for safety, quality, cost and employee development are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high-quality products against aggressive production targets
- Provide production analysis and make recommendations on solutions to process improvements
- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
- Ensure compliance to production and delivery schedule
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum of three to five years' managerial experience in liquid processing in dairy products is preferred
- Knowledgeable in project management with experience in high strategic projects
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP and PNID
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and very detail-oriented
