ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for facilitating the implementation of Oracle Cloud in Indonesia especially on cash applications and AR close.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support the Oracle Cloud Project implementation
Coordinate and support the cash application process and facilitate the communication between IMS team in India and Local A2C team
Reconcile account receivables and remittances
Investigate and resolve the remittance issues like double payments or other discrepancies in unapplied cash
Maintain the unapplied cash schedule to comply with company policy
Assist debts collections especially on accounts over 90 days past due
Liaise with different parties (both internal and external) in resolving disputes and outstanding accounts
Support ad-hoc assignment
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ROLE
Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting or Finance related discipline
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Cash Applications and/or Collections role
Good command of both verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
Self-motivated, able to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve targets
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with Oracle Accounting System
