About the Sales Manager (SaaS) Role:
This company is looking for an experienced, high-energy, territory sales folks with a proven track
record in SaaS and adheres to a solution/value driven sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts
  • Identify new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
  • Lead and organise prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
  • Do product demos
  • Be accountable for the attainment of assigned new customer acquisition and financial performance targets
  • Work closely with other teams; field marketing, outbound sales development to drive market awareness and build pipeline for sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Work in the allotted region and territory
To succeed in this Sales Manager role, you should be a self starter sales person who will develop and execute a multi-faceted sales strategy to gain market share and build the highest levels of customer and team satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
  • 10 or more years of software sales experience overall (individual contributor and management)
  • Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business case and ROI, strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Proven record of sales success in past roles
  • Working knowledge/experience of the CRM space
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ready to handle a high velocity business in the region
  • Ready to travel in the region, do product demonstrations and lead on-ground events organised in the region
  • Should be tech-savvy and should be able to demo various products across industries
