1. Manage and Responsible to all Food and Beverage Outlet operations.
2. Develops & administers F&B budget, action plan and promotional activities of the department; stimulates sales and profit, controls operating expenses.
3. Assists with monthly forecasts of food & beverage revenue and expenses including food cost management.
4. Organizes and supervises the preparation of points of sale according to activity forecasts and product information.
5. Outgoing, creative and eager to share the desire to deliver Accor values and HEARTIST philosophy.
6. Have great communication skills and ability to develop a motivated cohesive team.
7. Ensures the brand's reference standards are properly applied.
Work Experience
1. Degree or diploma in F&B and/or Hospitality Management
2. Minimum experience of 2 years as F&B Manager
3. Had experience in handling All Day Dining Restaurant, Big Banquet operations and VIP events.
4. Solid team management skills.
5. HACCP guidelines knowledge
6. Computer literate with Windows environment
7. Good command of written and spoken English
