About The Company:
The company has been growing its business on the Nickel Mining industry since 2013.
They are looking for a very strong Head of Accounting & Tax who will be responsible to lead the IPO process and audit report for the company.
Job Descriptions:
- Leading IPO process and liaise with the consultant.
- Leading the auditing process and liaise with the auditor.
- Managing the teams to co-ordinate and deliver on internal and external reporting requirements.
- Accounting and Tax report and auditing. Controlling and auditing site finance operations, Monitor cash balances and cash forecast.
- Suggest and develop control procedures / processes to improve efficiency in finance and accounting matters.
- Coordinate and communicate with the local team members to ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting of financial information.
- Technical accounting support to operating businesses.
- Supporting on a variety of ad hoc projects as required.
- Provides timely reports to be acted upon based on the analyses, in an easy-to-understand format such as tables, charts and graphs.
- Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance/Tax
- At least 8 years of working experience, preferable in related industry.
- You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills and financial modelling skills.
- High level of Accounting and Tax understanding.
- Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
