Responsibilities
- As transport planner for over size cargo and doing daily operation activity.
- Coordinating with related party for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth operations (export, import and domestics shipment).
- Coordinating and managing project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship through communications.
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for customs purposes.
- Vendor registration and follow up with customer for related the document.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree from any major
- Min. 3 years' experience in the Freight Forwarding and or Logistic Company.
- Knowledge and understanding of logistics operations across multiple modes, i.e. Airfreight, Ocean freight, Project.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Act service orientated and customer focused.
