Responsibilities:
- Review relevant laws, regulations, policies, and business rules relating to company business.
- Provide legal services, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis, negotiate with counter parts and product exploration.
- Working together with Compliance Department in reviewing proposed product, features, activity of the company and helping product/features/activity submission to regulator.
- Manage and maintain corporate and licensing documents of the company.
- Provide legal support to other departments.
- Carry out independent legal research across many different areas of law and industry.
- Where needed, manage, and communicate with external legal counsel.
- Bachelor of law. Having a master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 6 years experience in law firm/fintech/technology industry. Understand fintech regulations is a plus.
- Strong skills in drafting legal documents.
- Excellent English language (written and oral).
- Motivated, meticulous, confident, highly responsible and independent.
- Have strong willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellence communication skills.
