Responsibilities:
  • Review relevant laws, regulations, policies, and business rules relating to company business.
  • Provide legal services, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis, negotiate with counter parts and product exploration.
  • Working together with Compliance Department in reviewing proposed product, features, activity of the company and helping product/features/activity submission to regulator.
  • Manage and maintain corporate and licensing documents of the company.
  • Provide legal support to other departments.
  • Carry out independent legal research across many different areas of law and industry.
  • Where needed, manage, and communicate with external legal counsel.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of law. Having a master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 6 years experience in law firm/fintech/technology industry. Understand fintech regulations is a plus.
  • Strong skills in drafting legal documents.
  • Excellent English language (written and oral).
  • Motivated, meticulous, confident, highly responsible and independent.
  • Have strong willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellence communication skills.
