- Utilise existing strong network within Oil & Gas, Mining and Resources sector to identify and absorb market pain points, direct accurate solutions that can best cater to them
- Proactively engage with existing and prospect customers to further drive enterprise sales activities - generating new opportunities contributing to a healthy pipeline and implement GTM strategy
- Hunt for new clients as well as farm existing clients - up-selling and cross-selling the company's solutions
- Take ownership and thorough knowledge of the company's product portfolio - software, services and managed services
- Participate in workshops, seminars and important events within the industry - stay updated with current market trends
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs when necessary - technical support will still be mainly provided by Presales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the region - making the best use of CRM solutions to align with internal teams
Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree in any relevant fields.
- At least 13-15 years of Strategic Enterprise Sales experience - experience within solution sales will be a plus
- Technical background and industry exposure in Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred - Process Engineering or Production
- Proven track record in engaging and selling to Oil & Gas, Mining and Natural Resources industry
- Adaptive to a dynamic working environment
- Self-starter and team player - liaising with cross-functional teams across the APAC region
- Possibility up to 50% travel will be required once international travel restrictions are lifted
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
