REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER SOUTH EAST ASIA - PARTS AND SERVICES DIVISION

Our Parts and Services Division (PSD) is looking for a seasoned and business-savvy leader to strengthen our SSEA region. You will build a sustainable way to match targets for revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency and execute the Epiroc strategy for South Asia, and grow market share. You will bring the region forward, driving growth and excellence across all business lines and in all countries.

In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to:
  • Implement and enforce a “0 Accident” and Safety First culture. Ensure to continuously maintain excellent safety performance.
  • Strengthen the sales organization so it is capable to deliver results in all business lines.
  • Promote a customer-centric organization that promotes customer value and customer care, ensuring we are the customer's first choice
  • Develop efficient and accurate routines in the fields of administration and logistics. Look for opportunities to automate processes and the organization leaner.
  • Foster cooperation and collaboration with neighboring regions
  • Safeguard the integrity and transparency of operations and ensure business and financial control in line with Group's standards and procedures.
  • Prioritize competence development and training of local teams and encourage a culture of ownership, achievement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a strong leadership pipeline safeguarding the business for the future.
  • Build on the Epiroc brand in South Asia - both as a magnet for talent and as a first choice for customers.
  • Challenge the organization to push for more efficiency and ever-increasing results.
Experience and requirements:
  • Previous General Management experience or equivalent
  • Proven experience in strengthening compliance policies
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrable experience establishing and maintaining policies
  • Knowledge of underground and mining industry
  • Financial background is a plus
