Work closely with Transport Digital Marketing Lead, supporting and defining our strategy across SEO, providing strategic thinking and technical knowledge.

Work alongside multiple different stakeholders such as but not limited to: Product Marketing, Digital Channels, Product Managers, and Engineers to support Traveloka Transport's objectives through SEO end-to-end initiatives, with the ability to initiate and lead high impact projects.

Lead on-page projects such as technology adoptions, feature enablement, experiments, and issue management.

Report to Traveloka Transport executives periodically on SEO performance, providing analysis, opinion and counsel on strategy

Build a world-class SEO framework to deliver required business and marketing goals of Transport Businesses

Increase organic visibility of Traveloka's Transport products across travel and lifestyle-related keywords by improving SERP ranking, keyword coverage, landing page experience, and making sure that Traveloka stays on top of the competition

Actively seeking for improvement areas by closely monitoring the SEO performance (clicks, ranking, market share, transactional metrics, etc) and staying alert for any changes in Traveloka website that may harm SEO.

Develop and formulate search engine optimization marketing strategy for Traveloka Transport vertical for both on page and off page to ensure the highest level of discoverability, engagement and action

Develop long term SEO strategies and clearly prioritized roadmaps to ensure the breakthrough organic traffic growth of every site in our growing network

Analyze large sets of data and act quickly on trends and opportunities by staying up-to-date on SEO and travel/lifestyle industry in an extremely dynamic and competitive environment.

Lead effort to utilize data-driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve effectiveness in SEO within purview

Conduct SEO-related research: search intent and keyword research, website audit, competitive analysis (identify organic traffic-building activities of competitors), link profile analysis

Provide successful content strategy and editorial plan that adheres to SEO best practices to support tactical campaigns and hygiene activities.

Running off-page campaigns by acquiring backlinks from high-quality websites to improve brand awareness, DA, and PA.

Responsible for managing freelancers in content marketing creation and development.

Provide requirements and communicate needs to build, champion and improve automation tools as well as comprehensive platform and push forward regional tech priorities across SEO, partnering closely with Central/Platform Marketing teams

Formal education (min. Bachelor's degree in any major)

4-6 years of SEO experience, demonstrating ability to execute and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment

Enterprise SEO experience, preferably at a large-scale e-commerce, OTA, or top tier SEO agency are preferred.

Solid understanding of how SEO works and up-to-date with the latest ranking factors.

Deep understanding of technical SEO and its relation to ranking algorithms such as crawl, index, metadata, and other on-page factors is a must. Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and best practices for websites in different languages (re: URL structure, hreflang tags, Search Console indexing, etc)

Experienced in organic content strategy and its SEO best practices.

Solid understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GDS, and Search Console.

Experienced with SEO research & audit tools such as ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, and Botify, etc

Experienced in running a project with technical stakeholders such as Product Managers and Engineers.

Deep technical expertise of HTML/CSS

A critical thinker with good communication skills, English proficiency, and holds entrepreneurial spirit.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with previous experience structuring and performing complex analysis in the digital marketing space to drive efficient growth

Self starter with exceptional creativity, business acumen, data driven, and growth-minded with the ability to influence parties across a matrixed organization

Great interpersonal skills and ability to learn and work with agility in a rapidly-changing, international team environment.

Experience navigating business organizations, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating optimal solutions across all parties
