- Handling counseling for learning participants to maintain the learning process
- Creating conducive, active, and interactive learning conditions
- Ensuring all content materials are qualified to be implemented in learning
- Delivering task assessment
- Able to deliver course: "Melakukan Komunikasi Efektif dalam Kegiatan Pemasaran untuk Menjadi Telemarketing"
- Have minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Have minimum 5 years of teaching experience (instructor, coach, lecturer, speaker, or trainer) in a related field
- Have a strong interest in teaching & learning
- Have good time management and task prioritization in a dynamic working environment
- Have some innovative & creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approach
- Good communication and able to deliver learning materials in class
- Additional: certificate of competence or teaching (if any)
