- Menyusun Kurikulum Pelatihan (bootcamp) sesuai dengan tema/materi yang telah ditetapkan
- Mengelola kelas IT Bootcamp dan melakukan pelatihan dengan target Fresh Graduate atau Karyawan sebuah perusahaan (in-house training)
- Melakukan review antusias peserta dan mampu menghidupkan kembali suasana bootcamp/pelatihan
- Mengajar/memberikan pelatihan IT khususnya : JAVA, .NET, NodeJS, Golang dan Flutter
- Usia maks 30 tahun.
- S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informatika
- Min. 3thn Pengalaman menjadi trainer /coach/tech teacher development/teacher bootcamp IT
- Menguasai Tech Java/Net/NodeJS - ReactJS/ Golang / Flutter
- Memiliki kemampuan presentasi, dan mengajar dalam kelas pelatihan
- Bersedia menginap di camp pelatihan selama bootcamp berlangsung
