- Handling end-to-end HR function
- Build and create the HR system
- Create and implement new policies in regards to the newly implemented labor laws
- Able to engage with communities and local government surrounding the hospital
- Handling negotiation and presenting for industrial relations related matter
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Proven track record of handling industrial relations cases
- Proven record of good leadership, negotiation, and communication skill
- Previous experience in medical or hospital organization is a huge added value
- Will be located in Jambi area
- Ability to build and create the HR function
- Ability to improve the organization
- Working with top management to improve the hospital to be better
