- Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, social media advertisements, or employee referrals
- Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training, and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and working conditions
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment especially in acquiring tech (IT) talents
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or other relevant majors
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, internet, email, social media
- Excellent interpersonal and communication, and decision-making skills
- High-energy and passionate about recruitment
