We are currently seeking an Lead Sales Representative to join our team in our Jakarta office, reporting to Sales Director, Defense Asia Pac Sales. This position is responsible for Sales Opportunity Creation and Plan Execution of new opportunities and indigenous support capability for HON products in SE Asia supporting defense customers and commercial help customers in region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with team lead (SE Asia Customer Business Director & Asia PAC Sales Director) to develop and implement growth strategies in region
  • Accurate and complete opportunity forecasting within SFDC and ability to multitask several open pursuits at one time
  • Accountable for proper Green-sheet development and SEA utilization and compliance
  • Leads or assists coordination of the Green-sheet meeting to get the winning price approved by management
  • Ability to translate customer, product and competitor strategies into clear, tailored value propositions for products and services - maintaining close collaboration with
Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business management, or proven experience in a related field
  • 10 years of experience in global aerospace/defense business, sales, technical, marketing, customer support.
  • Strong leadership/influence skills (direct and with matrix teams) and a team player with the ability to operate independently as needed
  • Detailed technical expertise within assigned product line.
  • Negotiation skills to close a pursuit on time
  • Defence & Space marketing and sales experience.
  • Energetic self-starter, with the drive to achieve difficult goals and objectives; not satisfied with the status quo.
  • Excellent communications skill and a good listener with the ability to establish credibility and relationships from the manager to senior executive levels with the customer and within HON.
