- Design key visuals and layout (deck, banners, flyers, posters etc.) for stakeholders
- Think creatively and ideate innovative design concepts, layout, and images with time constraints
- Facilitate all design-related works at Paper.id
- Possibility to design landing page or user interface if needed
- High Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- A strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphic elements is a must
- Possess a good knowledge of drawing fundamentals such as layout, colour, composition, creative thinking in order to develop their illustrations output
- Possess insatiable curiosity to know your users, and how to make their lives better
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty to find out the root cause of an issue, or to validate your illustration, either through quantitative or qualitative research
- A keen eye for details and aesthetics
- Having experience in motion graphics is a plus
- Having experience in UI UX design is a plus
- Communicative and enjoys working in teams
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
- Able to work in cross functional division
- Willing to work at Sunter Agung, Jakarta Utara
