Position : Full-time Associate Product Manager Intern

We are looking for highly motivated interns who are ready to be part of an award-winning team working on the Best App for Good 2021 by Google Play Indonesia! As an intern at Campaign #ForChange, you will have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network and build skills to develop your expertise.
This is a full time learning experience where you won't just be shadowing others-you'll be in the mix right from the start. Job Description
- Work with our app development team to develop and iterate MVPs for the Campaign #ForChange app
- Analyze and evaluate product features
- Work with UX team to conduct research and design sprints
- Coordinate findings with the product & development team and aligning it with Campaign.com's business goals
- Help to determine improvements to product features
- Help to prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.
- Have an ability to make decisions from analyzing data.
- Report to the Senior Product Manager
- Current university student or fresh graduate with a major in business, computer science, information technology, or related field. Other majors with relevant certifications will also be considered
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- Working knowledge of project management tools
- Experience collaborating with a tech team on an app project is a plus
- Be available for a 6-month internship
- Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForChange app that reflects your personal social mission
