- Handling end-to-end HR function and employee life-cycle
- Managing and collaborating with stakeholders both external and internal
- Developing the HR function to support organization's vision and mission
- Handling HR projects and implementation of company regulations
To be a successful candidate, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Fluent in Mandarin, able to speak English is an added value
- Minimum 5 years in human resources function, 2 years in managerial position
- Proven experience in managing labor union as well as top management position
- Experienced in manufacturing, plantation, mining, or other industrial sector is preferred
- Candidate will be working in a stable industry
