- Support sales campaigns (telesales, RM) through data preparation and data mining
- Conduct pre-campaign sizing and post-campaign analysis
- Perform various data analytics in SAS/SQL/Hive/Impala/BigQuery. Work closely with campaign operations team in ensuring campaigns are launched timely
- Design, build and enhance analytics dashboard, enable the product owner and sales operation team access to relevant information to make fact-based decision
- Support contextual campaign data marts to advance reliability and scalability of campaign design and operations
- Highlights any potential concerns/risks/opportunity and proactively shares findings to relevant stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc requests as and when required
