- Manage task request queues by assigning and coordinating all tasks across multi-disciplinary teams according to time given, available capacity and matching skills.
- Weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting on planned and actual utilisation of resources across departments, highlighting issues and trends.
- Work with departments to develop a work schedule for on time delivery of products or projects.
- Coordination and planning of resources with execution Team Leads and Client Managers.
- Troubleshoot problems to make sure a project or process remains on schedule, resolve all highlighted issues/changes and work with team leads to remove barriers to delivery.
- Balancing ad-hoc requests based on planned capacity, lead time required and client deadline.
- Work with departments to ensure accurate timesheet completion.
- Analyse time spent on each task to identify optimal delivery time and factors affecting total time required.
- Develop an understanding of each role across departments, including the full scope of tasks, skills required and the nature of each brand.
- Proven experience as a Traffic/Studio/Resource Manager within a busy and fast-paced agency environment.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Possess strong passion in organisation, time management, and problem solving. Loves coordinating tasks, work schedules and is highly detailed.
- People person, positive and able to communicate and work together well with team members.
- Wide knowledge in the areas of digital marketing involving media buy, creative design, web development, web optimisation and social media management is a must.
