Job Description
The role
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, the primary focus of this role is to lead the finance, accounting, and taxation operations of the organisation. Functional responsibilities include directing the finance, accounting, and tax operations, developing, and maintaining budgetary controls and procedures, preparing technical accounting analysis, and preparing internal and external financial reports.
The role will be supported by Finance Business Partner and regional Finance team
- Managing the Finance team to meet the company's financial and reporting requirements. Drive long term business initiatives with Finance Business Partner and regional Finance team.
- Supporting in development of Accounting System (ECC 6). Develop and guide supporting FAT team.
- In charge in the quarterly review and annual year-end audit process with the external auditors and internal auditors.
- Manage the tax compliance requirements internally and externally to ensure that the company is following the local and group tax requirements.
- Develop internal control procedures on order to sales, procure to payment, cash and bank, credit control applications and monitoring.
- Prepared financial analysis including key performance metrics. Populates data for reporting.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 7 + year's related experience.
- Having professional accounting qualification will be preferred.
- Experienced in a logistics working environment will be preferred.
- Team leader and a team player in the organization.
- Must be a working manager, be self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Experienced in managing a team.
