Job Description
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist that is creative, has a progressive mindset, and is consumer obsessed to play a role in the conception, designing, and implementation of strategic and tactical brand initiatives for our brand. You will be working with internal and external parties to design and execute promotional campaigns and many brand-building initiatives both in online and offline channels.
Create a brand development strategy and planning based on business objectives and strategy for all platforms. (Social media: TikTok, Instagram, Delivery Platforms, etc)
Provide effective & relevant creative ideations for promotional campaigns utilizing ATL and BTL marketing channels, both online and offline.
Assist in developing effective marketing campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels
Work closely with visual designers and the content production team to deliver marketing materials for all platforms.
Ensuring the smoothness of the execution by collaborating with related functions both internal and external.
Developing and ensuring a high standard of consumer experience and increasing brand affinity through packaging designs, merchandise, collaboration projects, etc.
Qualifications
Have a minimum bachelor degree from any major
Have at least 2.5 to 3+ years' experience in a creative agency or marketing executive position in FMCG company or Tech B2C Company, preferably in F&B Company or relevant industry.
Digital native and has a keen eye both for creative content and copywriting.
Creative-driven, consumer-oriented, resourceful and wide knowledge about a variety of cultures and a bonus for F&B industry.
Aware of marketing trends (TikTok, Instagram etc) to implement at the earliest opportunity
Actively generating fresh & creative ideas in a dynamic working environment
Experienced in handling creative team (internal and agency)
Understand the end-to-end process of the creative production field (photo, videos, prints, packaging, audio, etc) from small scale to high scale
Have excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English, both written and oral
Able to operate creative software (audio, visual, video) would be a great plus.
