Ensuring that the execution of loading and unloading operations runs according to a predetermined plan and follows the company's work safety standards.
- Prepare assignment schedules for loading and unloading activities and socialize them to related operators
- Supervise the implementation of loading and unloading operational activities, and provide technical directions to operators in overcoming problems and/or following up
- Ensure that the loading and unloading process runs in an orderly and orderly manner and fulfills K3LH provisions.
- Coordinate with the harbormaster regarding the exchange of information (permission for ships to dock and sail) so that activities at the port can run smoothly
- Identify potential damage/hazards during the operational process and carry out handling in accordance with established procedures, including coordinating with maintenance parties for handling problems in equipment.
- Leading emergency response actions in the event of a critical condition that endangers the company's operations.
- Ensure the cleanliness of heavy equipment in the work area of responsibility.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/DIV) of Nautical/Technical or held ANT III/ATT III.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related position or other similar industries.
- Understanding about Stockpiling, Loading Management, Port Administration, Berthing
- Understanding about Safety & Environment Management.
- ISM & ISPS code implementation and Port operation.
- Willing to be placed in Bulungan, Kalimantan Utara (roster system)
