- Responsible for preparing the annual budget and its compliance;
- Participate proactively in the definition and execution of a long-term strategic plan;
- Responsible for achieving the expected operating income, having regular supervision, using the company's management tools and establishing corrective measures in case of deviations;
- Responsible for the design, development and execution of the commercial strategy for clients;
- Represent the company in front of institutions, industry associations, customers and staff;
- Approve the economic offers within the marked limits of profitability;
- Support the marketing team by giving suggestions and feedback regarding the participation in 3rd party Scientific Events;
- Be the liaison between the marketing team and Healthcare / HCP Associations and Scientific Societies when required;
- Control the service level offered by the different departments of the company;
- Create and maintain an appropriate atmosphere for the team to meet (and exceed) commercial targets;
- Maintain a high level of commitment, encouraging teamwork and cross-collaboration;
- Manage performance and talent development processes;
- Ensures, together with the different BUs, the right level of training is provided to the different team members.
- Degree in the Sciences or Business Administration (Postgraduate Degrees will be valued);
- Experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics market in Indonesia is crucial;
- Experience managing high-performance teams;
- Supportive with the development of their team;
- Customer-focused and driven for results and innovation;
- Good at decision making and emotional intelligence;
- Good at establishing trusting relationships;
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is integral;
- Wield great responsibility and command in the success of a multinational company's nascent operations here in Indonesia.
