-Dapat bekerja sama dengan baik bersama tim
-Membalas semua pertanyaan online orders dari customers via semua channel online
-Dapat menangani order yang masuk
-Menyelesaikan order yang harus di kirim.
-Bertanggung jawab terhadap after-sales service
-Membuat report & analisa keseharian sesuai dengan yang diperlukan.
-Cek inventory dan update stock sehari-hari
-Dapat mempelajari dan memahami informasi produk dengan baik.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
-Minimal D3 di jurusan administrasi atau yang sesuai.
-Fasih menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan Word.
-Fasih dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris Company Name Prime and Beauty
