- Implement new solutions to increase overall productivity of the supply chain functional teams ( planning, deployment and inventory management ).
- Develops the factory production plan to accommodate demand within practical production capabilities while taking into account the various objectives of the business,material, labor, and equipment availability.
- Identify and resolve demand and supply imbalances as soon as possible and find optimal resolutions to address unplanned opportunities and/or issues.
- Prove a short and long term capacity planning and production projection to identify and address potential hiccups.
- Optimize safety stock for various clients to minimize failed orders.
- In constant communication with logistics team to ensure that shipments are carried out according to plan.
- Transform S&OP plans into tactical plans.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or a related field.
- Have at least 7 years of combined experience in supply chain and project management.
- Having any of the Supply Chain Certification - APICS CPIM, CSCP is a plus
- Having leadership role in at least one of the following functions of Supply Chain: Demand Planning and Field Operations, Manufacturing Strategy & Operations, Logistics & Distribution and Inventory Management, S&OP
- Well developed communication and problem solving skills.
