About the Role
We are looking for a Product Strategy role to design and safeguard overarching group product strategy across multiple business units. This role will also be part of the new business incubation team, which will be responsible for business idea formulation and setting up incubation for take-off. This role will be embedded in the Product group, reporting directly to the CPO, with key stakeholders including Product Leaders, Business Leaders, and C-level executives across business entities.
What You Will Do
- Engage in strategic consultation with business leaders and product leaders to develop overarching group product strategy across various business units
- Ensure overall alignment within broader multi-product strategies
- During new business venture incubation, you will be part of incubation team to start the new business initiatives (starting from ideation, incubation, up until take-off)
- From time to time, will act as proxy CPO for new business incubation and develop key strategy and action plans, which might include: organizational structure, monetisation model, product-market fit analysis, etc
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a business consultancy role, or have experience in setting-up a new business initiative
- Have experience in fast-paced work environment is a plus
- A self starter and have ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
- Strong presentation skills and able to influence stakeholders into the idea
- Able to translate strategy into executable and implementable action plans
- Versatile and able to switch context easily for discussions with multi stakeholders
- Strong drive and project management skill
- Exposure in financial modeling is a huge plus
