Job description
In your new role you will:
- Independently executing R&D lots from setup to finish
- Perform data gathering according to Development guideline requirements and record into the Statistical Database.
- Perform machine troubleshooting and parameters adjustment to address product challenges following systematic
- Create an engineering technical report and first-level analysis for any issues encountered during the build.
- Analyze the data with the proper statistical approach
- Present your report and data analysis to the engineer and/or leader.
- Capable of doing machine calibration.
- Perform design of experiment.
- Ensure all builds are executed as per R&D & Quality guideline
- Train new personnel and conduct transfer knowledge
- Compliance with new systematic deployment & Active in proposing system improvement for effective R&D activities.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Diploma in mechatronic, electrical, or electronic manufacturing
- Independent, able to work with minimum supervision
- Good written/speaking communication in English
- Must be comfortable with stress and pressure; occasional odd hours and flexible working schedule
- Minimum 5 years of experience in die attach process with the hands-on capability
- Knowledgeable in statistics, data processing, FMEA & 8D report
