- Record, audit, and maintain inventories of daily office supplies and company's assets (IT Assets and Non-IT Assets) but not limited to building, furniture, stationeries, laptop, mobile phone, mouse, etc
- Evaluate existing asset management systems and policy, implementation and management of new/improved systems and policy for efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain asset storage for IT Assets and Non-IT Assets starting from designing storage mechanisms, managing storage locations, and maintaining the security of storage locations in accordance with policies
- Ensure that monitoring and reporting of asset movements and the existence of asset locations are recorded through barcodes and effective tracking systems
- Manage budget and cost projection for all IT and Non-IT Assets
- Run regular stock opname and prepare order quantity to ensure no stock-outs and no excess stock for IT Assets and Non-IT Assets
- Ensure asset maintenance programs and asset renewal are conducted to increase the optimization of the asset's usefulness
- Ensure asset destruction is implemented by meeting the requirements and approval of management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Management/Engineering/Business Administration or related field
- Have 2 years of working experience in General Affairs or Asset Management/Inventory Management or more
- Strong understanding of fixed asset management, asset audit, and asset movement, and proficiency in performing data analysis
- Excellent in communication skills, teamwork ability, concern for quality, and customer focus orientation
