As the Product Manager, you will serve as a senior member of our management team and own the product roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Virgo and the evolution of product lines. You will get to work in a large-scale business that is aiming to be one of the biggest e-money products in Indonesia.

What You Will Do:

- Define a compelling product vision and strategy for your Org, and influence other functional teams to achieve outcomes.
- Engage key stakeholders, work closely with cross-functional leaders and other product leaders in multiple product areas to build enthusiasm for the product vision.
- Set product strategy, plan short-term, and long-term product improvements to meet business goals, and measure success
- Working closely with our engineers, researchers, and operations analysts to help determine the best solution as well as a reasonable implementation schedule
- At least 3+ years of experience in product management.
- At least 1+ years of experience in a startup environment as a product manager.
- Strong knowledge of the payment system and transaction flow in modern financial service companies.
- Excellent time management skills and abilities to multitask and prioritize work.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment.
- Thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
