Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of work experience in investment banking
Understanding of capital markets (ECM, DCM), including key players, metrics and language
Ability to communicate effectively, with developed business judgement and strategic thinking
Ability to solve problems and navigate complexity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and often ambiguous environment
Developed FP&A skills, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, scenario planning and modelling
Developed leadership and interpersonal skills
