As Front Office Manager (Host Manager) you are responsible for the success of the Front Office Department including reception, communications, bell attendants, and drivers. You provide “hands-on” inspirational leadership to your Front Office team and ensure all team members are fully trained in the Alila standards so that guests experience a high level of service. You communicate frequently and regularly with your team and put time and effort into creating a friendly work environment, which goes towards ensuring friendly and professional interaction with guests.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a 5-star hotel or resort
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and training skills
- Motivated, energetic, and positive personality with a guest service focus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
- Pre Opening experience would be considered a distinct advantage
- Highest level of attention to detail
