About The Company:
Our client is one of the largest manufacturing business that provides packaging solutions for large FMCG business. The company has been expanding its presence overseas.
As an Assistant Accounting Manager, you will be responsible to support the Manager for the timely month-end closing and also tax matters. You will report to the Accounting Manager.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for all accounting and finance related functions including management reporting, credit control and cash flow management, fixed assets management, inventory management.
- Drive timely monthly accounting closing and prepare account reconciliations and supporting documentation
- Prepare annual budget report & forecast and involve in budgetary control and efficient cash flow management
- Prepare tax reporting
- Responsible for company insurance such as property all risks including earthquake insurance, product liability insurance, public liability insurance, vehicles insurance and money insurance policy.
- Liaise with auditors, Bank Indonesia and government agencies on financial statement inquiries.
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting/Finance. Big 4 experience is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience with general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
- Manufacturing experience is required
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience working with accounting and ERP systems
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and make solid decisions
