- Support the GM for all the finance/tax/hr requests, also with the help of our consultants
- Accounting (with the support of our accounting team)
- Prepare payment
- Monitoring cash receipt
- Prepare monthly VAT report (the annual report is currently prepared by aconsultant)
- Checking Custom declaration
- Managing all administrative documentation
- Handling controlling activities (Business control, Production control and Financial control)
- Coordinate activities made by client consultant (Acconting, HR, Tax, Auditors)
- Having minimum 4 – 6 years related working experience.
- Prior working experience in KAP or Accounting Consultant Firm is an added value.
- Having experience as a senior in charge on projects.
- Having knowledge of Indonesian GAAP
- Expert in Excel and MS Office.
- Organized and meeting deadlines.
- Having strong knowledge and a good understanding of Indonesian taxation will be advantageous.
- Having knowledge of HR support.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skill, and communication skills at all levels, excellent written and verbal in English.
